Isla del Pescador
We stopped for lunch at the 'Isla del Pescador. Whilst our lunch was being cooked the guide explained the geography of the Salinas and the island.
The flats are part of what was left of a huge prehistoric lake that dried up thousands of years ago. They cover an area of over 10,000 square km (around 4,000 square miles)
